Redemption

Upon purchase, a unique code will be issued. This code is required to schedule and redeem services and should be presented at the time of booking.

Expiration

Gift certificates expire five (5) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable regulations. We encourage timely use to fully enjoy the experience.

Non-Refundable

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged for monetary value.

Non-Transferable & Resale

Gift certificates are intended for the original recipient and are non-transferable. Resale or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

Security & Code Use

Gift certificates should be treated as cash.
If a certificate code is used without your permission, a replacement will not be issued. We recommend safeguarding your code to prevent unauthorized use.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

All appointments booked using a gift certificate are subject to our standard policies:

• A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment
• Cancellations within 12 hours will result in forfeiture of the session value
• No-shows will also result in loss of the session value

Service Value & Price Adjustments

Gift certificates hold a monetary value, not a specific service. If service pricing changes, the certificate may be applied toward the updated service rate, and any remaining balance will be the client’s responsibility.
