Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service
• If booked using a package or series, the session will be forfeited

This policy allows us to accommodate other clients seeking care while maintaining a seamless schedule.

Lateness

We understand that delays can happen.

• A 10-minute grace period is extended for all appointments
• If you anticipate being 10 minutes or more late, please contact us at 718-885-6982

Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in a shortened session to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments.

If you arrive 25 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be considered canceled, and a 100% charge of the scheduled service will apply.

No-Shows

Appointments missed without notice are considered no-shows and will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service or loss of the session if part of a package or series.
