All series are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged for monetary value.

Expiration

Series expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. We encourage consistent scheduling to fully experience the benefits of your treatment plan within this timeframe.

Transferability

Series may be transferred to another individual upon request. This provides flexibility while preserving the value of your investment.

Security & Code Use

Series, and gift codes should be treated as cash.
If a series or code is used without your permission, a replacement will not be issued. We recommend safeguarding your purchase details to prevent unauthorized use.

Promotions & Combinations

Series:

• Cannot be combined with other vouchers or gift certificates
• Are not valid with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers

This ensures the integrity and value of each offering.

Use of Sessions

Sessions within a series:

• Are valid only for the service type originally purchased
• Cannot be split, shared across multiple services, or modified unless otherwise specified

Cancellations & Late Policy

All sessions booked under a series are subject to our standard cancellation policy:

• Cancellations within 12 hours will result in the forfeiture of that session
• No-shows will also result in loss of session

This allows us to honor the time reserved for you and our therapists.
