The word “Zuri” means “Good” in Swahili, our company started to ignite just that.  We aim to make your body feel good and rejuvenated after each and every massage.

“I chose massage therapy because I have always loved giving massages growing up and it is something that I became passionate about. So many people have become dependent on pharmaceutical products that mask the issue but do not solve the problem. I want to help people solve the problem. The fact that I am able to do what I love while helping people live in a state of well being is truly an amazing feeling.” – Kerryann Bertrand

Portrait Of A Therapist

Kerryann, a Licensed Massage Therapist and the Founder of Naturally Zuri Massage & Therapeutic Bodywork, embarked on her journey in the field of massage therapy in 2018. Her motivation for pursuing this path was a deeply personal one – she sought relief from the pain she experienced due to a car accident.

Before discovering her passion for bodywork, Kerryann had a career in the Telecommunication Industry as a Technical Support Representative. However, her quest for holistic healing led her to enroll at the New York College of Health Professions in 2015. There, she immersed herself in the study of European-based clinical massage therapy and East-Asian massage techniques.

Upon successfully completing her studies, Kerryann honed her skills at various spas, where she specialized in techniques such as active stretching, Prenatal Massage, and Hot Himalayan salt stone massages. This transformative journey not only empowered her to find relief from her own pain but also allowed her to empower others on their paths to wellness and vitality.

Her area of expertise lies in providing relief from muscular pain and tension, and she specializes in assisting clients dealing with chronic pain resulting from injuries, joint replacement, and various postural issues. Her extensive knowledge encompasses Medical Massage, Manual Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral Therapy, and she proudly holds the title of a Certified Cupping Therapist and a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist for Post Plastic Surgery Procedures.

Kerryann’s primary focus is on helping clients develop a profound understanding of their bodies from a holistic mind/body perspective. She is dedicated to unraveling the patterns held within, facilitating attunement to the felt sense necessary for mindful and full living.

Committed to her craft, Kerryann continually challenges herself to expand her skill set, offering a diverse range of techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether you seek relaxation or active stretching, she has the expertise to work with your body and help you regain a sense of well-being.
