Terms of Service

We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. There is a 50% charge for canceled or rescheduled appointments, or you will lose a credit if have a packagewith less than 24 hours notice.

If, for any reason, you are expected to be late by 10 minutes or more, please call our office number at 718-885-6982. We do allow a 10-minute grace period. Any lateness after 25 minutes (without prior notice) will automatically cancel your appointment and you will be charged 100% of your total cost of service booked.

A 100% charge applies to no-shows.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment as our fee schedule can change at any time.

Once an order is purchased, a code will be generated for you to use, and it is required to redeem for appointments.

Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date.

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Gift certificates are non-transferable, and resale is prohibited.

If your code is used without your permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances.

Gift certificates cannot be combined with other vouchers/certificates and are not valid with other promos and offers.
