You can further customize your experience by including aromatherapy or hot towel options. This treatment is suitable for relieving the aches and pains of everyday life or promoting better athletic performance.

60 / 90 Minutes – $155 / $220

This treatment is designed to soothe the aches and pains common in pregnancy. After finding a comfortable position using cushions and side-lying postures, your therapist will use various techniques to relieve tension and promote relaxation. You can also include an aromatherapy treatment or hot towels if desired.

Working outside and inside your mouth, this therapy will loosen tight muscles and promote a broader range of motion in your jaw. You can also combine the TMJ Massage with another technique to get true full-body relaxation!

 This treatment is a full body stretch session that requires you to wear clothing, preferably exercise apparel. Based on your preference, light to deep passive stretching techniques will be applied, targeting the superficial and deep muscle layers.

This service is ideal for those seeking to release energetic blockages, stretch their muscles, and increase their range of motion, or for individuals who prefer to remain clothed while still enjoying the benefits of massage. No oil is used during this treatment, which is performed on a massage table. The primary benefits include increased range of motion in restricted areas and improved circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids.

Clients must inform their therapist of any serious health conditions, recent injuries, surgeries, allergies, or sensitivities before beginning the session. The session includes areas such as the neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands, gluteal muscles, thighs, legs, and feet.

If you wish to exclude any of these areas, please inform your therapist before starting your session.
